Early in the morning of June 17, 2026, an important customer from Germany’s food processing industry traveled all the way to the Wuxi production base of transfo Intelligent Equipment for a one-day on-site inspection and in-depth technical discussion. Our account manager Jenny provided full-process one-stop thoughtful reception, including airport pick-up, schedule arrangement, factory tour explanation and professional technical consultation. With attentive and specialized service, we received our overseas partner from afar and conducted all-round communication focusing on End Of Line Packaging complete end-of-line packaging equipment.

This German customer has engaged in European condiment and frozen food manufacturing for many years. Their factory covers the full packaging chain including primary food wrapping, carton forming & sealing, finished goods palletizing and pallet wrapping. The outdated manual packaging lines have obvious capacity bottlenecks, so they urgently need a set of standardized, customizable full-automatic EOL Packaging integrated end-packaging solutions. Previously, the customer researched and compared multiple equipment suppliers online, paying close attention to complete line matching capacity including Horizontal Flow Wrapping Machinery, carton erecting & sealing machines, Palletizing Robot and Pallet Wrapper. Finally, they scheduled this offline factory audit to verify equipment operation performance, whole-line integration capability and customized delivery capacity on site.
After the customer landed at Wuxi Airport in the early morning, Account Manager Jenny waited in advance for pick-up. On the drive to the factory, she systematically sorted out our full series of end-of-line packaging equipment portfolio and introduced industry application scenarios for each core model. Targeting the customer’s main food products, she focused on four primary wrapping devices: Horizontal Flow Wrapper, Pillow Packing Machine, Flow Wrap Machine and Horizontal Packing Machine. These machines are suitable for individual sealed packaging of sauce sachets, frozen pasta and small bottled condiments. Meanwhile, she introduced supporting back-end equipment including Carton Erector, Case Sealer, automatic Palletizing Robot unit and Pallet Wrapping Machine, which together form a mature complete End Of Line Packaging Machine production line.

Upon arriving at the exhibition hall and prototype test workshop of transfo, the customer immediately stopped by the full-process packaging prototype demonstration area. Combined with the actual production line pain points of the customer’s factory, Jenny broke down the operation logic of the whole set of EOL Packaging Equipment into front-end and back-end segments.
We powered on and demonstrated the Horizontal Flow Wrapping Machinery pillow packaging unit on site, displaying differentiated adaptability of four equivalent models simultaneously. The high-speed Horizontal Flow Wrapper fits mass snack packaging; the universal Pillow Packing Machine supports multi-size food products; the dust-proof and moisture-resistant Flow Wrap Machine is ideal for cold-chain food; the Horizontal Packing Machine enables fast film and size changeover. All models can seamlessly connect with downstream carton forming processes, automatically conveying individually packed goods to the carton erecting station, thoroughly solving the customer’s existing problems of low manual packaging efficiency and unqualified sealing hygiene.
Following the pillow wrapping process is the complete Carton Erector unit. A full range of erecting machines were displayed on site: Carton Forming Machine, Case Forming Machine, Automatic Case Erector Machine, High Speed Carton Erector, and the integrated Case Erector And Packer. These machines automatically complete carton suction, bottom folding, bottom sealing and product filling in one continuous process without manual carton opening.

Filled cartons are automatically transported to the Case Sealer station. Case Sealing Machine, End Of Line Case Sealer and EOL Carton Sealer operate simultaneously. We supply both standard sealing equipment and customized Custom Case Sealer to fit multi-size outer cartons from the customer’s factory. The flat and firm sealing fully meets the feeding requirements of downstream palletizing stations.
Filled cartons are delivered via roller conveyors to the palletizing zone, where the core equipment is the Palletizing Robot unit. Multiple industrial-grade models were presented.
