Most mid-size food factories use ordinary industrial sealers with scratched painted steel and dust-clogged tape heads. The FD series targets factory managers’ top three demands: First, all carton-contacting parts use 304 stainless steel, free of easily chipped carbon steel paint that risks product contamination. Motors and sensors hold IP69K protection, resisting 80°C, 100-bar high-temperature high-pressure washdown water without damage. Second, sloped horizontal surfaces drain water to avoid pooling; full welded sealed joints and fully enclosed underframes remove gaps that trap food debris and bacteria, ensuring passing microbial swab tests. Third, key cleaning parts like tape heads and folding arms adopt tool-free quick clamps. Staff finish full disassembly, washing and reassembly in just 25 minutes, versus over 90 minutes for traditional bolted machines.

Unlike conventional packaging lines with exposed electrical cabinets needing plastic wrapping before each washdown, FD carton erectors and sealers share an integrated stainless steel frame and unified wash panel. Operators simply open the panel to hose the whole line down and close it afterward. All control systems are placed in high-mounted sealed stainless enclosures with waterproof wiring glands, eliminating hours of plastic wrapping labor every week.

The machines adopt universal Siemens S7-1200 controls, so existing STRANS clients need no new operator training. A one-touch cleaning mode locks all moving parts when the wash door opens for safety.
